1. Services
We provide digital marketing, website design, logo and brochure design, SEO, content development, coaching, consultancy, and related services as described on our Website. Specific service details, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before project commencement.
2. Payments
Domain Registration & Webspace: Full payment required in advance.
Logo / Brochure / Website Design: 50% advance; balance payable before final delivery.
SEO & Digital Marketing: Quarterly advance payments required.
Content Development: 50% advance; balance before final delivery.
Coaching & Consultancy: 100% payment upfront.
Renewals: Domain and webspace renewals require payment at least 15 days in advance.
Payment Method: Cheque/DD must be crossed A/C Payee and made payable to “Livebrain Technologies.”
Post-dated cheques are not accepted. Clients are responsible for any cheque bounce charges.
3. Project Timelines
Project work commences within 24 hours of receiving the required advance.
Clients must respond to project-related communication within 24 working hours to avoid delays.
Projects will go live only after receipt of complete payment.
4. Special Products
R-100 Products: Exclude last-minute alterations, fully integrated custom strategies, personnel reels, and photography services.
Swayam Saarthi Products: Exclusively for businesses owned by women. The Company retains sole discretion to determine eligibility and may discontinue this service at any time.
5. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, including partial or full service fees.
6. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, code, and content remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon final payment, rights transfer to the Client except for any third-party materials used under license.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information, approvals, and timely feedback.
Ensuring they have rights to any content, images, or data supplied to the Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or Website.
While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation of our Website or third-party hosting platforms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend services if payments are not made on time or if the Client breaches these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
